How possible is it to put a cruise ship with capacity of 2000 people and 400 cars on Lake victoria in Uganda?

Whether that is possible from the water standpoint I do not know. However, there are NO cruise ships that carry cars. To have such a ship on Lake Victoria would require designing and building the ship.
